Light, collapsible, comfortable. Pulled up, put in a corner, does not interfere. The only thing, was in the middle it did not seem very durable. Maybe it shouldn't be while holding 95 kg.

I wanted to strengthen my grip since I'm getting older I have been using for a few weeks my left hand not as strong as right but now I can see its getting stronger by the number of reps I can do. Glad I bought the product.

I’m extremely happy with this set of workout resistance bands! What I like the most about this set is I can exercise my whole body, and easily adjust the levels of tension depending on what part of my body I want to work out!
